faulty water pump

On 14/5/2012 i purchesed a Symphony Cooler(Dite-50) of rupees 7300/- from Fine Electronics,0129-2213231,2246749,Ambedkar chowk,Ballabgarh.on 31/05/2012 coolers Water pump stopped working then i register a complaint on no. 079030130111. i recieved a confirmaion sms on the next morning of 1/06/2012..complained no. is 1F12003.they assured me to solve my problem within 24 hours.i called on 9555603122 given in the sms sent my symphony care centre.i called so many times and they assured me that today we will come and will solve your problem.but they did not come.on next day i called them then they told me that surely will come and solve your problem.i told them that its so hot and we are suffering in so hot days.but they did not came till 3/06/2012.
i am not happy with the services of symphony.they making fool of mine.please if this complaint help me,i will be so gratefull.

Im from Agra, bought a symphony air cooler model JUMBO on 08-04-2012, on 28-05-2012, the pump stopped working, Made calls to 079030130111, recieved sms with name and contact number of thier representative who will visit my house with in 24 hrs. it has been 4 days, the comtact no sent via sms is always switched off. SYmphony sucks...
