ATM withdrawal, but less cash received & a/c balance deducted

Dear sir,
I had withdrawn cash (Rs.9000) from ATM ID: A8295001 Syndicate Bank Hissar on 27.12.2011 at 17:01:20, ATM# 5001, TXN No # 0828 but I received the amount lesser than the asked amount (Rs. 8200)& my a/c was debited with amount (INR 9000). I have submitted complaint undersigned by me immediately in the branch of Syndicate bank, Hissar on 27.12.2011, but till date bank has taken no action.I have reminded the concerned official several times but in vain.Please take the necessary action and oblige.
