[Resolved] Syndicate Bank — ATM did not delivered the cash | |||
Dear Sir, Reg : S.B. Account No. I, Awadhesh Singh Yadav holding above savings bank A/c No.[protected], today [protected] at about 03.10 pm attempted to draw an amount of Rs.10,000/- from the ATM located at PSIT, Bhauti, Kanpur.( ATM ID-A8698002). The transaction took place successfully and money also came near the outlet window, but it did not come out completely and stayed a little while. As I tried to pick it out, the currency notes rolled back into the machine with greater noise. Ultimately, I could not pick out the money (Rs.10,000/-) while the online-banking system confirmed the transaction for withdrawal of money through ATM. It is highly amazing to note that the above ATM was repaired by your personnels just today forenoon (at around 1330 Hrs). Not only the above, in a subsequent transaction by a student, the ATM machine repeated the same behaviour and created great dis- appointment. With the above narration, I have to lodge my serious complaint and request you as under : 1. Cancel the transaction in your ledger and revive the balance as before the above transaction. 2. As the transaction slip did not come out, the statement showing balance after revival may be supplied for reconciliation. 3. As the money is urgently required by me, please to rectify the ATM QUICKLY ensuring no further repetition.
