[Resolved]  T24 Mobile — BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please refer to my complain no registered with t24 customer service PNR[protected] date:23/11/12). It has past one month and no resolution. When I call to customer care I get response your problem would be resolved in 24 hrs. The same promise is given every day. The back end is deaf the appellate officer is deaf they don't respond to emails.

I have not disclosed my cell no as it gets misused by tel-callers

Please get the response from t24 owners ( unknown address).

there is poor network of T24 cellular services in our area.

i had sent you the complaint mail on June 21 only. i sent it again today, with the hope of getting a proper solution and not another "we still haven't received your mail" comment.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR FREE RECHARGE AGAINST THE THE THREE PURCHASE BILL FROM CENTRAL.
I GOT THE RECHARGE OF ONLY ONE BILL AND BALANCE TWO BILL ARE NOT RECHARGED TILL NOW.
THE CONCERNED STAFF ARE MISS BEHAVING AND CHALLENGING THE COSTUMER.
The switching of network to Aircel which was working till 21/11/2012. Then stopped working. The technical team is not even calling to understand the problem. It seem they know the issue.

If not resolved I would file case in consumer court.
No solution yet. Even complains forwarded to "Appellate T24" is not responding.

Now this need TARI and Consumer court attention

I am having prepaid T24 mobile connection : [protected], I have charged for unlimited whats App on 05.05.2015 Rs.34.0 vide Tranc. ID:[protected].for 30 days, I.e validity is up to 05.06.2015, but while using whats App, I have observed today on 23.05.2015, that you are deducting some amount from my main balance, kindly clarify reason for the deduction, if it is by mistake, then credit the amount into my account. my mail Id is:[protected]@gmail.com
