Regarding non receipt msg of top up

I have recharged for Rs.100/- through SBI net banking for my t24 No.9039193723 just before half an hour today. but till time I have not received any confirmation msg from them. After that I have recharged for Rs.10/- through the same process and got the confirmation. plz help me for earlier recharge of Rs.100/-. For this I have talked to customer care No.7415152121 were they informed me that they have not any information/responsibility for online recharge & gave me a mail add : customer service@t24mobile.com for further solutions. kindly help me in this regard.
