I have taken delivery of Nano a few months back, TN 06D 2372.
A couple of months later, I was told that there will be a free update of Software. So I took the vehicle to their service Centre on Greames Road. I was there around 9 am or 10 am, if I remember. I was told to sit. There I was waiting but my car was not taken inside. All other vehicles which were coming were being updated. May be, I am not so familiar with the staff. Around 1 pm, my vehicle was taken. I was waiting and watching through the glass window. I found that some one was putting a foot ruler and trying to open the door. I went and asked what happened. I was told that they kept the key inside and the door got locked. Finally they managed to open the door. In the process they spoiled the runner permanently. When asked, they told that they will fix it when I bring the vehicle for the first service.
Days later I took the vehicle for the service. I told them the past and requested them to fix the runner. Infact I told the CRM and he told that it will be done. While collecting the vehicle I found that it is not done. When I asked the CRM he told that the item is not there and indent need to be raised. The indent was raised. CRM also gave his tel number and asked to check and come. I contacted him innumerable number of times, the only answer is they have not received. Finally I had to stop dialling. Meanwhile, I personally visited their office a week end. The only answer I get is item is not received.
I do not know why people are so concerned and go after the customers to get a good rating. In most cases, in order to maintain a good relation, the customers give a score of 10, not out of real reason, in my view.
