Thank you for providing the details we requested. Please excuse us for the delay in responding as our Customer Support team was already in touch with you.
As per the last update from the customer support team to your email, the product was reshipped via Gati Couriers (By Road). The reason the same was sent by road is because according to the new rules of IATA (INTERNATIONAL AIR TRANSPORT ASSOCIATION) perfumes could not be sent by air and hence the alternate product (Charlie While) you selected was sent by Gati.
The current status of the shipment on the logistic company's website is showing as the shipment has arrived in Kolkata. You can confirm the same by using the tracking number[protected] on the page given below:

Since the product has been dispatched and will be delivered soon, we request you to end this complaint.

Hi Team,
I received the order (order number[protected] last week but the spray bottle is faulty and I can’t use it as the spray pump is not working at all !!
I have already faced so many problems getting that order and I am fade up of sending you mail after mail to receive just a order.
Why you people don’t check the product before sending it to the customer !!
I am requesting you to change the product with a good one.
