Beware

I bought this "Strob IM1000 1 Liter Capacity Ice Cream Maker" from eshop.webindia123.com (talash.com)recently(its a china made stuff). Basically electronix mall is the vendor as i understand. When i opened it, the inner steel container which actually holds the liquid and which cools it, was missing. I contacted evyapar.com, the response was really slow. Apparently they contacted the vendor(electronix mall) and the vendor claimed that they have shipped all the items. So i was asked to take pictures of the items to show them what was missing. Well, frankly i have decided not to waste my time and energy sending them pictures and running after them as they are not taking any initiative at all. When after a couple of weeks after submitting my complaint i didnt get any updates from them, i asked them what was the status - it was only after that they sent me an email.
So just be careful with these guys - they are not trustworthy.

I ordered Rakhi with Sweets form Talash on August 11, 2010. The Rakhi did not reach on time. When I sent an inquiry to this person Kirit Yadav he first replies back saying the website Guarantees that only those Rakhis will be delievered on time that were ordered before 19 August. When I replied back reminding him that the order was placed on August 11, then he makes another excuse saying the place was remote ( 32 km from Calcutta) hence it cannot be delivered on time. Moreover the sweets delivered 2 days after Rakhi were smelling so bad that it had to be thrown away.
I would NOT trust these guys with another order.

i too placed on order on talash.com on 11 august.The gist has not even been deliverd as of today.And they are not even responding to my emails and ph calls.Apparantly all thenumbers they have provided on website seems to be fake, they keep on ringing but no response.
I advise everyone here not to place an order withthe website to get cheated.81011

Very worst experience! I have been trying since more than ten days back, but could not reach them either thro mail or phone to track my order. Such a worst response I have ever seen. They promised guaranteed delivery within 24th of Aug 10. But till date it’s not delivered. Pls don’t trust these websites. Purely fraudulent website. Don’t even open the websites related to Talash.com. They cannot continue this. They should be punished for cheating customers continuously.

I would have not ordered in this website if i would read the above complaints earlier.

I work for the media and i have ordered a gift to be delivered on Sept 1st, 2010 and it has not happened i would wait for one more day for revert, and then to all of the above i will see to that this article appears about the websites and everything shall be published without fail.

I placed an order for a Stetson Black Cologne 40ml on Monday, 15th March 2011 and received on 23rd March 2011. When I opened the box I found it to be a Stetson Fresh but not Stetson Black Cologne.

I have been using perfume2order.com for every orders on perfumes since they did not have Stetson Black Cologne I search through google and found this talash.com. In their catalog Stetson Black was there, I made payment for that, in the inventory it's clearly written Stetson Black cologne spray 40ml. Why did not they confirm that they dont have Stetson Black but Stetson Fresh???? I have ordered Stetson Fresh from perfume2order.com and promptly delivered the very next day. Now i have two Stetson Fresh without my wish. talash.com's vendor is perfumes2order.com WTF hahahaha...
you've got many things to work upon talash...

Talash.com is totally a fraud. No products have been received as ordered. Please do something to ban their website. Save others from getting cheated!!!
