[Resolved]  Tamilnadu Electricity Board — netbanking transaction

I am running a dtp shop in keelkattalai. I used iob netbanking facility and pay the eb bills through online. today 6.7.2010 i pay rs.120/- and rs.1590/-. totally Rs.1710/- is debited my account. but the eb receipt is not generated. so i ask iob regarding this matter they told they were not responsible. then i contact eb they also said the same answer.
