[Resolved] Tanishq — rude and unfair | |||
I am a member of Golden Harvest. I paid all the instalments and there is a column for late payment charges which they have said Nil while accepting my payments. On 24th Oct 2011 when I went to buy jewellery the staff one Mr Shravan was rude and said that there is no chair provided and I am a senior citizen with arthritis problem and was asked to stand and select jewellery. When I protested the security person brought a chair for me. The next ordeal is at the time of billing the extra charges and penalty for to the tune of 1900 under the guise of late payment. is levied. I am thoroughly disgusted and never expected from reputed Tata concern this kind of substandard and mean tactics. savithri Was this information helpful? | |||
