[Resolved]  Tata AIG Life — Complaint against Tata AIG Life

Sir, This is for your best knowledge and a humble request that I have bought Tata AIG Life policy for my self, my wife and my son and the policy nos are name – Jawahar mehra – C[protected], Renu Mehra – C[protected], Love Mehra – C[protected], Plan name Tata AIG Life health First 110N02BV01.

Further sir some one from your office from Mumbai phone me and asked me that we have a very good mediclaim policy with us are you interested in that I asked then to send some of your representative to my office after two days one representative come to me for the same mediclaim policy, I was told that from 1st to 90 days accept road accident you are not entitle to get any benefit but after 90 days if you are hospitalized for three days atleast for any illness you will be given all treatment amount upto Rs.2laks, after this commitment I purchased three policys for all my family benefit on monthly payment plan.

Sir, this is further request to you that from two half months I am suffering from spine tumor, I went to Fortis Hospital Shalimar bagh for treatment, Doctor asked me for MRI spine, Blood test, neck and spine x-ray ect I do all the test after seeing the reports of the tests doctor’s said that spine tumor surgery is required than I give my mediclaim cards issued by Tata AIG to the department concerned
In hospital they make the necessary papers and send to Tata AIG after six days the concern office passed only Rs.13750/- Where as the demand from the hospital for surgery is Rs.146000/-.

Grievance
1. When policy was made I was told that it’s a mediclame policy where as Tata AIG said we don’t have any mediclame polcy when it is delivered to you why you don’t read, Sir I am dealing with a reputed “Tata name” and its my blinded faith that I company like Tata is very much reputed and without reading the papers I kept the papers with me.
2. Sir, I am working with a private organization and living in a rented house in Delhi right now my left hand is not a all working without hand how I can work? How I can work? I am a technical person and it is not at all possible for me to arrange Rs.1.5lac for my treatment so many times I contacted with Tata AIG grievance cell then after so many times I was told that it is not a medicalme policy, we don’t have any mediclame policy with Tata AIG.
3. Sir, Tata AIG give me a hard harassment and mentally disturbance, I request I have three policys you please returned my amount where as Tata AIG said that we are unable to give your many back, after seeing all the things today I gave the mail to Tata customer care to discontinue my all policys and give my many back.
4. Sir, I am sorry to say that Tata AIG cheated me, I am a very needy person, some time it comes to my mind that I with my family attempt sucide.
