[Resolved]  Tata AIG Life Insurance — Money deducted without proper approval

I am Chiranjiv Kumar from Bangalore and my contact no is [protected] & [protected]. I took one policy from TATA AIG # YTBTM[protected]. I was charged Rs. 10/- for that and I was promised that document will be provided within 7 days. Policy was done on 11th of September, 2009. On the 14th of September I got call again from TATA AIG office, Mumbai. I thought the information that they are collection is in lieu of the policy which I had taken already. But the case was different, they were introducing with other product. During the discussion I told to Miss Rima that I need paper work then I will proceed further. She told it is a matter of Rs. 20 and once you will get both policy document, as per your convenience you can opt one can continue with the same. Immediately she charged Rs. 6588 directly to my credit card and disconnected the phone. My second policy no is SHC[protected] for that instead of charging Rs. 10 they charge 6588 which brought me full tens. As I am running 3 policy and those people to meet their target doing nonsense to the POOR citizen of Indian and people are suffering in all ways. Finally I need to close my credit card and need to stop all the instructions what I had give to other service providers Like Vidafone, Airtel, LIC etc.

Even they will play so many acts in refunding the amount and will deduct 99 also. This is what they do with the INDIAN poor citizen and we are tolerating.

I am waiting for their reply even I didn’t see any mail from them not even I single call that sir we have done mistake. They keep audio record for all conversation then why they don’t TERMINATE their employee in case some one like (Miss Rims) does something which she should never do. What if some one will do the same thing with her?

Tata-Aig — Money deducted without any Policy

I took a Health Insurance Policy of TATA-AIG on phone in Aug I was promised that I will get the policy within a month. My verification was done by the accounts dept but I never got the policy. The Transaction number I was given was fake. When I contacted TATA-AIG they did not have any policy in my name and the transaction number had no relevance. In fact last time also when I took home secure policy from TATA-AIG they did not issue me a policy though the money was promptly deducted from my credit card account. I had to show my credit card statement to get a policy. This time its the same story. Money is being deducted from my credit card account without any policy.
When I wrote to customer service dept. I am getting a standerd answer since more than a month that 'please give more time'.
I have written more than 4 times but same reply. On the other hand money is being deducted from my credit card account every month. They are not having any policy in my name but just deducting money. Please HELP.
