[Resolved] Tata AIG Life Insurance — Cancellation of my policy | |
I was connnected call from the HSBC customer care to the tata aig customer care reg the policy. They insted me to take a policy for Rs.10/- for the first two months and from the third month I have to pay the 700/- per month, I told to confirm with me after the second month but still I didnt got any call or nothing when I called the customer care of HSBC they replied that they dont have any contact to connect to the tat aig people. Even the insurance doesnt have a bangalore call center number.i[censored] want to enquire anything abt that u have to call to mumbai and waste ur money and w8 in the queue.even though u wll not get any response it wil happn for the long time. when u send any mail across the customer care u wll not get any response from them.now I want to cancel the policy. But I was not able to do so. So take care of these type of consequences Was this information helpful? | |

i am hsbc gold credit card holder, on telephone your representative had tell me plan&told methat i am sending u the policy, you with your family, if not intrsted then we will cancel it, instead of issue me the policy directly amt is deducted from my credit card, ihad already complaint for this to hsbc, they are promissed that u will get reverse i, but after that my policy is not canceled, once again i had not commited any insurance plan, so from immediate effect you cancel my policy other wise by force i have to take legal action against you, and tata aig&hsbc you both are responsible for all legal expenses . This mail for TATA aig insurence and hsbc cradit card both of you

my policie has lappesed bcoz were not present in india. my policy no is (C[protected] i want my money to be refund we have paid Rs 3738.00 it is a humble request to u to refund and give me my money and i m not interested any more in this policy. dear sir, as i read all the complaints, it is very clear that there is no policy for rs.10 in any insurance co. moreover complaints have no proper details about policy document or any other details.
central government is regularly giving advertisement in news paper to contact insurance ombudsman for any griverence. there is no proper reasons to say insurance companies are fraudent. because any indian insurance companies have to deposit 120 crore rupees with insurance regulatory and development authority -(central government) to start any insurance companies. I request all complaint approach the insurance ombudsman to redress their greverence.last but least, even private insurance companies are giving better return and giving good service because of healthy competitions

I was connnected to the tata aig customer care reg the policy. They insted me to take a policy for Rs.10/- for the first two months and after 2nd month they will call me and seek my permission for the next payment if iwant to continue, but without asking the me they have deducted 701 rs from my ICICI CREDIT CARD .I have contacted icici credit card dept. but they ask me to call Tataaig, but i have not received any documents from Tata aig for this insurance, therefore problem in talking .now i want to stop payment and policy and refund of my Rs 701/-.
