my name is priya ambwani ,i am a customer of tata aig company branch kota. I want to give a complain about my policy which i had taken last year november the no. is C196353959and after taken the policy after cancelled it next day becoz the rules and conditions where told me wrong,and i ask for refund my fund in free look period but the comany told me that after the recieved of policy bond we ll cancelled nor nt .So was waiting for bond for 2-3 months bt havent come, i send the complain also but no actions where seen though i already taken more policys from this company so i trusted that this cancelled policy refund will be come but takes a long period now and i am too much irritated and nt satisfied with your services so kindly give me my fund back soon, and one thing i get delievered all documents ontime bt why not this policy.So cancelled it and pls maintain the good and trustful relation with me pls
