Tata Card — Deficient Service

I am a TCS employee.
I have applied for tatacard almost a month before.
I got verification call also.
Now today when i inquired about the status of the card, they said that your form has been rejected and you can now apply after 6 months. They said that reason of rejection of form can not be disclosed to me.

I think consumer has each and every right to know why any service is denied to him. If emplyees earning the same salary as much as me are eligible for this service then why should not i.
