[Resolved]  Tata Card — Customer care - Rude

I have taken Tata Credit Card. The customer care from Chennai forced me to avail 'DD' of Rs 66,000/- one month interest free. After one month, when I did not get First Statement, I tried to contact them over phone, mails for the same to facilitate me to pay the money without paying the interest. But only after 6 months I got the statement with finance charges & interest. I requested thru mails to reverse the extra charges levied. Also asked them to provide me the dropbox locations to drop the payments in Bangalore. I checked with SBI banks as to whether I can drop in their drop boxes for which they said No. Since then the customer care dept making calls & talking rudely. While I recd a mail that Tatacard will not send anybody to collect the payment, their collection agent calling that he would come to collect the payment. When I tried to send the chq by registered post to their Delhi office, postal officials said they can not take it for registered post as the address is to PO Bag. While I am ready to pay the DD amount, am afraid to send by ordinary post or handover to collection agenct as I am not sure whether it will reach the correct place.
Request for resolution & close this credit card once for all.

SBI Credit Cards — Rude customer service and improper billing

hi

I am Pravin Nair i have taken a credit card from SBI they charged me a insurance on it and asked me to pay rs 45 every month without my permission then there was a bill for July 2008 which i paid in check the cheque which got invalidated for some reason i don't know. They charged me a extra 300 for that while in their broacher it is mentioned that this amount is charged only when a cheque bounces when i had a talk with a excecutive he was so rude and misleading tell me that this is a charge levied by bank on any cheque that is invalidated. My question is how can thaey say that chenque is invalidated due to me writing on the i mostly put the cheque in the drop box any one could have by mistake written something on it why should i pay for that. There was no call or message from the bank stating that the cheque was invalidated where as i had written my name and mobile number behind the card. When asked about this to the customer service he refused by saying your mobile is not register where as it's a blunt lie as i receive all the messages from the bank even regarding by credit card statements.

I would request all to please refrain from taking SBI cards as its a corporate fraudulent card as far as my experience is concerned.

i am not getting my acttual billing payment amount.though i complaint 3 times.they are not give me right amount, also charging panelty & intrest.i want to clear my account.

Using for last 8 to 10 years .
2.It was told to me it is LIFE TIME FREE - Last two years it happened same, I was charged annual fee and then after talking to customer care services it was reversed. Why you all are doing this .Infact you are losing trust .Please try to cancel same from the system so that it should not happenned coming here, It is unnecessary waste of time and irritating.
3. As per my reguler practice, this time also I deposited my cheque on 24th October 08 evening in the drop box.But after seing the statement it was observed that there is late fee charge .
4.I do my payment regulerly on time .Can you please reverse this amount and give me justice or I have to decide myself.
I hope you will consider my request sincerely and give justice to me .

SBI Card — improper statement

last month the due payment was paid by cash! then the officer had told us to pay it by cheque. then agaun we had paid the amount by cheque too. now both the cash and the cheque for the due had been recieved by the sbi bank. but they failed to enter it in thier record and again this month they had fined us mentioning about the same dure which we had already paid. and for this if we call the customer care response is not there and also the service is always withdrawn. the sbi bank now had recieved rs7040 from us and still they are sending the next statement with the same due. and so we kindly ask the authorities to take necessary action for the above complaint as soon as possible failing which this complaitn will be taken to ombudsman scheme(reserve bank). and so kindly take immediate action and respond to this complain as soon as possible.
My name is Aditya. I got my bill on july telling that i did transaction of 9000 INR and it was a fraudy transaction.I have complained to block m card and asked them ta take action.Till now i have no clarity on this aspect.Now they are asking us to pay 12000 as a result of penalty.I want to complain to the consumer court, If i am not getting any response...
