TATA cards - Credit Card

Hi,

Around one month before I applied for Tata Credit Card, I haven't received yet and they have sended the monthly bill statement stating that I have to pay annual charges.

I think that if I have not received the product and I haven't used it than why I should bear the charges. I dont think that I'm liable to pay the amount.
