[Resolved] Tata Communication — Billing Issue | |||
Hello Sir I opted for Tata Photon on 15 October 2010.Since then every day has been a nightmare for me. They have been blocking my services without any notification.I was not informed about my billing cycle. The technical team has charged me wrongly over my usage.I am an Accenture employee and I am so angry by now that i will pass on a mail amongst 47000 employees not to buy tata photon at all.My bill was supposed to come on 1st november 2010 and still have not received it. Over this they have barred my services saying i have crossed my credit limit.Even the internal communication is so weak that two different executive call me up and tell different bill amounts and stories.please do the needful. I have being making continuous payments still they come up with one or the other issue.Its the worst experience of my life. SIR I AM APLIYE BROAD BAND CONNECT TO TATA COMMUNICATION ON 7 MAY 2011 AND I PAY AMOUNT 4855 TO MR PRANSHANT SALES INCHARGE OF TATA CO. TEL TODAY MY CONNEST IS NOT AVABILABLE TO ME MY CAF NO IS 1958093 MANY TIME I CALL TO TATA COMM. HADRABAD TO MAME IRAN LITA MAME ANKIT SIR THIS ARE SALE SUPERVE. here is the complain towards TATA communication.(broadband section )
As i was using the tata broadband services in past.
and then i decided to discontinue the services, so we sent a mail to discontinue the services and also inform the call center to register the application to discontinue the services.
now as per the company they are billing for the usage after discontinue the services.
so kindly take the corrective action against the same .
