[Resolved]  Tata Communication — billing and internet service is worst

Hi,

I never requested for static IP address and VAS from tata communication.

This all happen illegally through Tata Indicom.

Even i got mail that i requested for 750 plan, that's never i requested.

When Internet was not working for my userid, Then only i know through technical team that static ip address assigned to me.When i got this information, same days i inform to customer care to cancel.

They cancel the static ip address but they charged 4000/rs for this.

But they are telling that i requested online.

Please don't take the service from tata, that is worst service till.
