Tata Communication — Getting bill after termination | |||
Hi, My Name is Lalit Sahoo Tata indicom id is [protected]@vsnl.net Jan 18,2012 :- Applied for termination for my wimax broadband Jan 19,2012 :- Gor the Request number :[protected] for termination from Nirmala ,Customer care Jan 20th,2012 :- Got a call from[protected] and got 7 days grace period and confirm that this 7 days bill not chargable for me. Jan 24th,2012 : i asked again to Customer care and got confim from Sangeetha,Customer care that this 7 days is free for me. Jan 24,2012: I called customer care and confirm for termination and inform that receive the instrument before 26th Jan 2012 on 26th Jan,2012 :- i called twice but nobody came for receive the instrument on 27th Jan,2012 : i send a mail on 27th Jan,2012: i got the cnf from ur side that ur people will come for receive the instrument. On 27th March, i got a bill of Rs. 351 On 13th April 2012, you people send a mail that my account has terminated on 26th March 2012. Please let me know how come possible this things.
