Tata Communication — mobile connection stopped

my mobile no is [protected]this mobile is belongs to me and my mother was used that mobile (senior citizen), she is not aware of sms facility , only phone call receive or calling was done. all on sudden mobile connection has stopped though the tower is displayed in screen . my alternate no is given in mobile registration form , so my ernest request if you look into the matter and help us to retrieve the same no as before . for any clarification and documentation in this regards i am always ready to provide the same . my mobile no is [protected] .
