[Resolved]  Tata Communication — Wrongly Charged Static IP

1. We had 1MBPS Internet Connection from TATA (Broadband), I had 2 Static IP address2
2. We upgraded the account in the month of June and were called for the confirmation. And was said that we will be charged on prorate basis. And got the speed upgrade.
3. According to TATA on 21st July we have purchased the Additional Static IP and was charged for 2500 + Taxes for IP which we have not purchased.
4. I asked to stop the IP for which they send me the mail with the following

Logon to site: http://www.tataindicombroadband.com/
Click on My account.
Enter the User name and password with the registered Domain.
Click on Submit.
Click on “My services". ( Did not find on the entire website) Instead I went through “ MY Value Add” -
Click on “Modify” against the static IP.
Follow the online steps to de-activate the services

5. I followed the steps and asked for the reversal charges 2500/-, according to them, the charges cannot be reversed. Now I do not have the IP and I am charged.
6. I have been following with them for the last 15 days but no result, They are saying that they will get back to me.
7. No Proper Support, No Response


In case if the amount is not reversed, My company says that we cannot continue with the fraudulent company and move to some other ISP
