[Resolved]  Tata Communications — Charging for the broadband service which doesn't work

There has been a error 678 coming on the system for the last seven days. I had logged a complaint no. 5751712 with the customer care on 13th may'08 telling about the problem and explaining them that this problem have been troubling us for the past 7 months continously because of which we are able to use the broadband connection only for 15 days in a month whereas we are paying tata communications the rental for the complete month. They assured us that the complaint would be resolved within 24 hours. From that time onwards i have been calling the customer care for the follow-up but nothing has been happening but the customer care executives have been escalating the issue but nothing has been happening.
This connection has costed me very dearly in terms of lose of work and money for which i will like to log the complaint against Tata Communications.
