Tata Docomo — 2g Internet availability is very poor

Hi,

I am using Tata Docomo GPRS 149 plan, facing disconnection very frequently. Takes time to reconnect. Getting 6 Kbps on an average speed. Please do the needful to boost up the signal strength in my area. My number is [protected]. I am staying in Whitefield, Bangalore.

When the signal is weaker it deducts the amount from main balance even though the data validity is available and exhausts the balance in few seconds.
