60 paise deducted every day from my balance

My TaTa Docomo no. is 7696494086. And It's been month, everyday 60 paise are deducted from my balance. When I called up to customer care on number 121. They keep saying we are having no information and call again after 4 hours. I also did a email to listen@tatadocomo.com but i got no reply. I am finding myself helpless. Please solve this problem and refund my balance early as possible. Otherwise i am going to port my number to any other company. This is the only choice left.

oneHello. Even i am facing the same issue. Each day 60 ps is being deducted. I havent activated any VAS, but still its being deducted. I have tried connecting to a representative but unable to. Should I lodge or a seperate complaint, or will this post be treated as a valid one? My docomo number is +91 77 36 461624... Thmx Sivaprasad
