my amount has been deducted from balance without any information on26feb for callertunes and they called me regarding this but i told i need not the activation of this but my balance has been deducted so pls reply me asap my no is [protected]........

Rs.12 has been deducted from my number ([protected]). 4 same messages come from 54999818 in that the message was written (service paid successfully. support: cs120907igmail.com). So, you please deactivate this service and let me know the detail of the message and also refund the amount that deducted as soon as possible. I will be very thanfull to you for your kind act.

I am Sharang.I am using TATA Docomo Postpaid mobile service.I got my bill via e-mail as on date 07.01.2016.Rs.96/- has been added.I never communicate with these numbers via e-mail, calls, SMS anything 54999818, 51818.Customer care concern said that I activated and replied on this number.But I never replied on this same.I mentioned it before.Please let me know why this Rs.96/- has been added.And 54999818, 51818 which numbers are this.Concern person said that this is Premium messaging.
We can pay other amount but what about this 96/- Rupees.
Please help and support me as soon as possible.Lets hope for your valuable response.

Same happened with me. Every month my postpaid bill is around 150/- but this month my bill is around 393/-, When I call my service provider Tata Docomo Customer Care, The Tele -Caller told about the no.54999818. He told that I send SMS this No. for this my balance reduce 3/- per SMS, but I don't do any SMS.
