Dear Sir/Madam
*Worst service I ever experiance*
The worst worst service ......I am using tata docomo for last two month. Balance deduction is my greatest head ache....poor customer relationship is another great thing....they never inform you about any service .....only inform you some marketing junk sms.....balance will automatically deducted...
Today also my balance deducted.
I stopped the mobile tv service by sms but they again and again sms me. I stopped this service 3 times by sms but this company deduct my balance yet. They are totally thief.
I'm very disappointed with tata docomo service.
Your honour please help me to return my money by this company.they refused me to return the money.

I transferred 10 rs frm my number to other docomo number. They deducted my balance but didnt add to the other number. On calling customer care, they said no such service exists. Then i did online chat and told my problem. Even before the chat ended, 10 rs were transferred.:-)
In short,
1.docomo really cares about keeping customers, even in a small matter of 10 rs. Not so dumb like airtel or videocon.
2.Customer care executives dont know almost anything. Be it docomo or any other brand. Dont trust them. Just ask them once and if they cant solve it, go to higher authority.

Dear Sir, I have instructed the service provider TATA Docomo, not to activate any aletrs on my phone & I should only receive & make calls thats it. But today it is the 3rd time they have activated an alert service and deducted Rs 30 for the 3rd time. My humble request to all the TATA Docomo users not to opt for this service since now they have become professionals Like other service providers and have started looting their own customers by this way.

I use TATA DOCOMO INTERNET & i am very upset over balance deductions since last 10days. I surf & download from free sites, i am well aware about downloading chargeable contents & ads. Which i never do, 1st i had 21rs. in my a/c, it got deducted & i received a message from 52250 - "Thanks for downloading Valuepack : Jungle Fever on TATA DOCOMO 3G Life WAP Service. You've been charged Rs. 21.0/-." I called up customer care and asked them to check details, they just blamed me for downloading chargeable content which i never did. This is really frustrating. They refused to refund me..
Now again on 31st march, i received same message from same number.. 52250 - "Thanks for downloading Valuepack : Jungle Fever on TATA DOCOMO 3G Life WAP Service. You've been charged Rs. 11.0/-." This time i had 11rs. in my a/c & it was empty again. I use vodafone aswel, but i've never faced such problem using vodafone gprs.
Help over this issue will be really appreciated.

I m very aware about chargable contdever on TATA DOCOMO 3G Life WAP Service. U have charged 49rs." than i called to customer care & asked them to check detail but he was blamming on me that this is my fault. They refused to refund me
Plz Help over this issue will be really appreciated.

@ Tata Docomo - even I faced the same problem and I received the same response from Customer care. The only diff was that - I received a message saying thanks for downloading VG215 game.
This happened to me while I was installing an application on my phone and while doing this I never received any pop-up or alert that I was downloading something.
For now since there is no defined rule in the subscriber booklet except for the mention of viewclip (that it is chargeable), I am planning to move to Consumer protection tribunal following the advice form my lawyer friend.
I switched to docomo under MNP but I regret that decision, I was told a totally different tariff plan from what I am being charged now.

Deduction in Balance :
Today I got a deduction of Rs.99 for downloading java game: MCPACK which i never did. I asked to the customer and i didn't get the proper response from them.Later after 30 mins i have been charged again for the same of Rs.41. I know that to enquire with customer care will give the same result.
If am not getting my money back then i will prefer some other network.
kindly resolve this.

Balance deduction :

Now again on 15th April, i received same message from same number.. 52250 . You've been charged Rs. 10.0/- again. This time i had 64.29rs. in my a/c. I use bsnl, but i've never faced such problem using BSNL gprs.
Help over this issue will be really appreciated.

Hi,
I am Gaurav Dalavi. I am using Tata Docomo Prepaid card of number 8983739397 (GSM). Rs. 10 deducted from my account for three times for Portfolio Manager. I had call to customer care executive for three times to unsubscribe from the service but they told me that they are not able to do this. Please suggest me or I will not using tata docomo if future.

Even I am facing the same problem.I have been charged Rs.99 for downloading some Java Game which I never downloaded.On calling up the customer care I came to know that the charges were not taken by Tata Docomo but were levied some unknown website.
I had been using vodafone before and had never faced such problems before.I would appreciate if some action is taken into this matter.

On 6/07/2011 i had rechaged for Rs.510 and got TT of Rs.584. Before recharge i had a Rs.32, So totally i had a balance Rs.617. Next day i.e. 7/07/2011 my balance got reduced to Rs.510.
Upon calling and asking for the reason they are just giving dumb reason. i dint download anything nor activated any service then also morethan Rs.100 they have deducted.
I tried to call them again but they are not responding. Please do something about this. Its happening for forth time now. they are not registering the complaint also.

Its very difficult get your customer care on the line. They dont have authority to do so.

I have tata docomo connection no 8233582393. since 45days back every after 10 days, 10 ruppes duducted from my balance for bollibud best scene facility . first of all we have never requested. second this facility cannot be used on my phone nokia 1600. message receive daily that display facility not available at your phone please stop this facility for now and future. and refund my RS 40/ I have not availed this facility.

Dear All,
TATA DOCOMO , it was unexpected and the matter of severe harassment, that the company like TATA can prodive such a faulty service.
Contineously they are informing me that u hav charged of RS.99 for downloading of game valus pack.
By the way contineously i am charging for the same amount more than 6 times.
I have no way other than changing the operator by mobile portability.Thanks for this portability service.
As per my confident, i didn't attempt this activity,for a single time.
They are arguing with me by informing that " U hav downloaded "....Thats alll

Even i received the msg "Thank you for subscribing to Games Club service at Rs.5/day" then i din recarhge for sm 4 days i kept on receiving msgs sayin cannot make call low balance then after 4 days it automatically got unsubscribed
