balance deduction
Sir in my tatadocomo no.9630079170 caller tune was activated on 15th july 2012 even also without altering any thing else by me with rs.5 deduction.so that i complained to tatadocomo customer care then they said me that this is activated up to 20th of july.so you can deactivate this on 20th july.but on 16th july again Rs.7 is deducted.sir what is this going on.I think this is not fare.i am totally unhappy with your this type of behaviour.so please see it and return my deduce balance please.

hi, im using tata docomo prepaid card at the date of 07/12/2010 in morning around 7;00 my balance of RS 101 has been dedected without making any call later i called for the costumer care for issuing a complaint they dident responded to me & deactivated the costumer care facility to my mobile by taking irresponsibilly

I have not downloaded any game, but still i have been charged 30/- and 10/- for fried chicken and spice girls download about which i am unaware. Also every time i am charged with 30/- for friends chat which i am not using.

My name is pratik kumar. the same problem persist with my Docomo no.
One day i got an SMS that i do not have sufficient balance. In hurry, I checked my balance it shows a deduction of Rs. 30 and i called customer care for some clarification when i came to know that deduction was made for downloading some stupid games and moreover everyday 60 paise was being deducted from my account then again i came to know that i have activated buddynet. Most wonderfull thing was the phone was not in use just lying on the table. I have not expected such behaviour from such a prestigous company like TATA and moreover the manner of speaking with customer is like they are providing the service for free..
I have now taken for granted that every telecom company is a legal theif.

i am using tata docomo mobile service.he had 2 times my balance deducted .
1)1st time 30 rupees deduct on my number 8983203438 and he was give me reason unlimited game pack activated in your number .
2) i am using internet through mobile in last 6 month and i am using 1GB gprs pack every month and i am opened 5 to 6 multiple website at a time but my balance was not deduct but when 7 january 2011 i am using internet my balance 52 Rupees deduct when i am compaint its nodal officer he had tell me you are opened multiple website and thier fore you had charge 52.17
so i want refund my balance.

i am 2nd time give complaint to you when i complaint to you its before tata docomo person call me
and give me reason you are used 3G network therefore you had charged 52.17rupees
there after i call docomo call center and they had tell me 3G service is not launch in your city
you are used mutiple website therefore you had charged.currently also i am using docomo internet and i am using
5 to 8 website at a time but i have charged normal internet plan no any other extra chargess aplay. so i want refund my balance.
and 12/02/2011 i am online rechared 89 rupees rate cutter plan but i get normal talktime i want this plan

I need to file a complain against tata docomo network services. There has been an inappropriate deduction of Rs 75 for downloading a game from a site .
That particular site has not been even accessed by me .

on my tata docomo no.8149016682 and 8149736931 there is gprs pack of 2gb.but on surfing i have been charged by rs.42 and 40 respectively from main account instead of gprs account.

my balance was deducted un necessarily..on 26th of april amount of rs 3.46 about 5 times i.e nearly 17 rs...and when i called on 29 they said we have no such records..

i have activated sms pack of rs 6 on my tata docomo number 8235081171 rs18 have been charged from my account when i contacted customer care they told me i have activated it three times on the same day.tata docomo service is cheapest in india.apart from this they dont have the manner to talk with customer .so i recommend my friends dont use this cheapest service.i am porting my number to uninnor

I was using gprs as i had the gprs pack of rs48 (valid till 20-6-2011)and also i was in tata docomo network from my no. 7418795403. but suddenly on 19th evening they charged 60rs for browsing though i had valid gprs pack. and when i am complain, each staffs are telling other other reasons for reduction. i even talked with supervisor of that call centre in chennai but he told me to wait and he cut the call.
The following reasons told by those c.care staffs
1.by sivanand( Chennai office)- I was using wrong access point of docomo divein so it costs me ------( and then I cut the call and checked the access point, it was not divein it was correct only tatadocomointernet)
2.by anand(Chennai office)- I exceeded my 1GB uses on 19th and according to plan it costed me as 10p/10kb. ( but I am 100 perc sure that I had 600mb free till 20th. I din exceed 1GB).
3.by supervisor (tatadocomo Chenna)-I was using gprs not on tatadocomo network so it charged ( but I am 100 perc sure I was on tatadocomo network only, I have the proof also that just after balance deduction I called to c.care at 121 and talked wit sivanand which is not possible if I would be on other network. In roamin from other network I cant call on 121).
So still I din get the proper reason for my 60rs balance reduction. This is completely unbearable. Simply they are telling some reasons
i have been using this internet from last 8-10 months and i know properly how much MB i have to use and how to check usage and all but i found no mistake from my side at all. i was using as i use regularly.
they are not at all accepting their mistake.
so i strongly want to take some action against this incident. all the details and phone no. are below

my mobile no. is 7275989096. I have cancelled the call me call me tune subscription on 28 july two days before my renewal but company dedeucted my 23rs balance . .I have register a complaint no.CRT09180777 for balance deduction but they does not return my money saying that you have register it for unsubcription .Since then i have tried nearly 30 times but they never responded .Fake msgs from company of freee gprs sms pack free minutes to tata to tata have been coming to me but when i use them my main balance is deducted. My balance is earlier deducted >so kindly request you to please solve my problem oterwise i will go to the high court.............................thanxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

on sunday 7th august 2011, balance of around rs.15-18 has automatically get deducted frm my account balance of no.(07204530693). On the same day I talked to the customer care regarding this and they told me that you will get ur balance refund. Again I took a recharge coupon of rs.30 and the monday morning what I see is that my account balance is re.1. I talked so many times to the customer care of tata docomo, but there was not any satisfactory response from their side and there were doing false promises of refunding my balance back. Then I filed an online complaint through their site and I got an email saying that I have applied for any video services which I had not. I talked to the customer care enquiring about any services activated on my account no. and they said that no service is activated on your mobile no.
They are deceiving me again and again and it happened with me two times. I want justice regarding this case as soon as possible.

Its not the first time I am listening these words. Your customer care executive have been saying me this for the first time my balance has been deducted. I just want my balance deducted back.
And moreover its been the 3rd time now u have deducted my balance automatically.
I put a recharge of rs. 15 on 14th of august but on 15th august wat I see that my balance is again re.1.
You have deceived me the 3rd time. I strictly say that your service is too poor and your customer care support is the worst in all networks. I can't take it anymore and m thinking of changing the network.
