[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

Tata DoCoMo — Getting charged everyday for VAS which I never requested for

Hi,

I am new user of Tata docomo prepaid in Chennai. One of my relative suggested the service as he stated that the call cost and GPRS charges are so cheap.

I got the connection and started using the 7 day internet pack just to test how it is. The service was OK and I planned to continue and recharged my mobile to check how the call quality is. Made few calls and the quality for ok. No call drops. So overall the service was ok.

The real problem started when I made a mistake by recharging the mobile with close to 50 rupees. They charged me for a VAS which costs Rs.19. I called up customer service and said I didn't requested that. They refunded immediately. Next day, I got charged Rs.20 for another VAS. I called up and requested refund, they said that the backend server team will investigate and get back to me.

They called me and check whether I activated anything. I said no. It was refunded. The same day, I got charged for Rs.10. Again called up customer service. Requested refund. They took the request for investigation. Next day, got charged Rs.30. same story. called up, requested refund. They took the request for investigation. Next day, got charged Rs.20, again same. called........ investigation.

I said I haven't received any of the refund yet. They said that the charge of Rs.30 was approved by me. I informed that I never activated any service. The message I got from them was that I accepted the flash message. But the fact is, I never received any flash message nor I dont have any intention to activate any of these crappy service.

My ultimate aim to get the number was to use internet. I recharged for Rs.63 to use 2.5GB. But it became useless as my balance came down to less than Rs.1. Simply became useless. I am staring at my mobile thinking that I would get the refund of my Rs.60 someday.

Hope someone is listening....

Tata DoCoMo — do not disturb service is activated still disturbing unwanted advertisement call from compony

dear sir
my self mihir chavda and i am using tata docomo mobile service provider and my mobile number is [protected].
in this number i have already activaited do not disturb service so i should not get any advertisement call or message from tata docomo.
but at 3-6-2011 at 3.15 pm i got call from compony number [protected] and giving advertisement of new skim.
and then i complained to customer care they dont giving any responce and give rude answer and putting my phone on hold and then they are not receving my call.
so i am request to take action quickly that they should not happen with any body
giving me reply as fast as possible

Tata DoCoMo GSM Provider — Unwanted Activation of Services

Hello Team,

Its disgusting to see that I lodged a complain on Consumer Forum and still you people are unable to resolve the issue.

I called the customer care more than 10 times but they are so in efficient that they are completely incapable of solving my issue. Don't know how these people are recruited.

Unwanted services have been activated on my mobile.First it was B town Rockstars and after that Astrology has been started.

I am fed up with your services. I request you to resolve the issue and refund all my amount back which has been deducted on weekly basis amounting to more than Rs.100. You can check it with your records.

If it is not done ASAP I am going to change my number to IDEA via Number Portability.

yesterday complain to them they are not pick up my call . but today i talked with customer care he told me i activated my dnd service on 23rd febuary 2011 but i deactivited on 3 june 2011 so i got call from tata docomo. but i told them give me a time at which i deactivated my plan
but they are fail to give me that and they are lie about that . i am sure that i never deactivataed my dnd service . even at yesterday when i call to customer care 3 june at evening . they dont tell me that i deactivated my dnd service
but after complaing through mail they are lie
so pls take some action about it as fast as possible. and also teach them to how to talk with customer

Tata DoCoMo — extra money charged

This is regd my number [protected]. This is regd balance being deducted from my account without usage. From last 3 months I am lodging the complaint but Docomo has the worst customer care and are not ready to help. Yesterday I have recharged for 50 Rs. I was given a talk time of 41 Rs. I have dropped a sms after the recharge and 1.20 Rs was deducted and the balance was 29.8 Rs. and now it is 4 rs only. where as all my outgoing calls are free as per 247 plan. From last 2 months I am asking to disable GPRS but still no one has helped Can anyone tell me this maths

Tata DoCoMo — Making me go mad

Hi.
My name is Nagarajan. My nephew who had come to India in Feb. 2011, had got 2 laptops, one for me and one for his father. He had gone for Tataphoton for both laptops giving his father's address.

As I did not have time to go and submit the papers necessary (i.d.proof, pp photo, address proof) I sent it through my niece in March (has submitted 3 times since then). As of now, I do not have my pin or A/c no.

Anytime I try to contact them through their toll free no. I get the message that such a code does not exist. (Mine is BSNL landline). No, I do not have a mobile. Their online complaints I cannot access without mobile no.

My nephew's father has already called me twice about the bill (The whole of March till 3rd week of April I could not use, as I had classes in the evening.).

I leave my house at 7:15 in the morning for work and return home at 5:00. class startts at 5:30 p.m.

I would like to throw the tataphoton in their face. Does not matter if I am not able to use my laptop.

Help me out.

Tata Docomo — Complaint regarding not receiving balance on following mobile number

I Ajay Mourya having a Tata Docomo number [protected] have done a online rechage of Rs. 151 on 7th of June 2011, its Transaction ID is MBBR[protected].The recharge amount has already been deducted from my bank account but till now i didn't received balance on my number. Sir kindly look in this regard and send recharge amount on my number else make refund in my bank account as soon as possible.
