[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

This is completely unfair of TATA DOCOMO to deduct the charge from my account on grounds of HEALTH TIPS.
Now when I call the customer care, they say they dont have the right number to the concerned department.

Tata DoCoMo — Wrongful deduction of Money

Recently i have been receiving many Joke messages from tata docomo service for which i had not applied. I just ignored them . When i recharged my account , i received a message from the provider stating that Rs .20/- had been deducted as subscription renewal along with details for unsubscribing. I dialled the number provided and went along the deactivation procedures; only to be told that there wasnt any subscription service running on my mobile. This constitutes deficiency of service. I request Tata docomo to look into the matter and reimburse me for the amount deducted, else i will have to take stricter measures.

I am using docomo from past 3year and from past 2days my balance is getting Rs 110/-deducted without my knowledge they are activated call me tunes, No i want this type of stoopid thinks, if i call to customer care they said know you have getting Rs30/-balance credit your no and after 24hrs you are getting Rs 90/-but till know i am not getting any single balance know if i call to docomo customer care the customer care all person continue busy, no i want this type of stoopid thinks your service pls rectified immidiatly my problem,

so far they have deducted around 110rs from my balance.I am so disappointed with this service.

Tata Docomo — Deduction for two times.

I had activated a juiceup pack of Rs 99 three months ago. I got an sms from Tata Docomo on 09.02.2012 that such pack is going to expire after two days. There was an option in that sms to re-activate the pack of Rs 99. I followed that option as typing "RENEW99" and sent it to 121. I got the sms that my requested had been received. Before sending that sms my balance was Rs. 701. After I got the sms, I checked up that balance, which was Rs. 602. I was stunned to see that the amount had been deducted for two times. When I contacted to customer care on the same day, customer care executive told me that complaint related person would call to me and the problem would be resolved by 24 hours. I asked for the complaint no. He told that it takes 3-4 days to submit the complaint. He told that he was unable to submit the complaint. So that's why he was giving me the reference no in lieu of complaint no. He gave me a reference no. "RT23VMS1" for such problem. Till today nobody called me regarding such complaint.

Today I called to customer care on 121. I got the answer that they get the sms for such pack for two times. So the amount has been deducted for two times. I asked him for the reference no which I got on 09.02.2012. He told that there was not any reference no. in their system. When I insisted him to lodge a complaint for such problem, he very rudely replied that he couldn't do anything and disconnected the line. When I tried again customer care no., I found that he put my number in the rejected list of the customer care of Tata Docomo. Before putting my number in rejected list, I was always able to talk to customer care. But after putting my number in rejected list, I get the message that all the executives are busy.

I think it's very daring method of the company to cheat people. If they want to talk, we can talk. Otherwise they have the simple option to put the number in rejection list and they have the peace of mind after swallowing the money by cheating methods.

So you are kindly requested to help me and save people from getting cheated by these kind to cheating methods.

deduction. & the same has been resolved.but again on 10 & 11 Feb 2012
,Rs 20 balance has been deducted.& also on14/2/12 & 18/2/12 Rs 10 has been deducted respectively.on 10 Feb 2012,i have talked with call
center representative & asked her to stop / deactivate all services

too.still i m facing the same issue of balance deduction.plez help me to out from this problem

I am using this connection from past 2 years and i am using Internet service also, but every time its showing error. I'd complained them may times but they are not responding properly. They are telling some reasons and escaping. Please take serious action on them.
