[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction | |||
Sir/Madam, My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month. There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service. I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34. Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount. Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct. Every time I have facing this problem. Tata DoCoMo — Wrong Commitment
HI, I am saurabh - [protected], I have bought the TATA photon from dealer and they have communicated wrong plan and taken 2400 Rs. in cash and activated wrong plan. they told that there will be a discount of Rs200 on everymonth billing plan of Rs 850.Now tata teleservices and the dealer both were not supporting and giving the solution.
TATA is a fraud company..
This is my 2nd experience with TATA company. they are fraud.
Tata DoCoMo — DOUBLE CHARGE AGAINST INTERNET
I HAVE TAKEN TATA DOCOMO INTERNET CONNECTION ON 17/11/2010 (PLAN RS. 95/- FOR 6GB) BUT TATA DOCOMO DEBIT MY BALANCE WITH RS. 120.65. HOW CAN THEY CHARGE TWICE FOR INETRNET USAGE. ACCORDING TO REPRESENTATIVE OF COMPANY I HAVE USED TATA DIV IN, SO THEY DEDUCTEDTHE AMOUNT, WHICH IS NOT IN MY KNOWLEDGE. I WANT TO ADD ONE THING IN ABOVE REFERENCE, THAT I HAVE NOT USED MY INTERNET CONNECTION FOR 5 DAYS ON TATA DOCOMO OFFICIALS SAYING THAT THEY WILL LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER AND WILL RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE. One of the Worst Network of its Kind... I[censored] activate 3g on ur Handset(3g Compatible) Then you are in Hell of Problems..There will be no incoming ant outgoing from ur mobile..YOU WILL BE GETTING CONNECTION ERROR WHEN EVER YOU DIAL A NUMBER..
U CANT EVEN GET OR SEND MESSAGES ALSO..
Along with this ur hand set performance will be damn slowed...
There are at least dealer shops for this no..
The customer care will be taking on taking compalinta but there is no Resolvation..
At least i think there will be no person Who Minds it..
One of Stupid in TATA true Value Shopee Gave Me 3g SIM for Same no by costing Rs 250/-
Same Problem with The New Sim Also...
Even If i Changed different handsets also Same Probllem All other Network Sims are working Fine in My Mobile...

Tata Docomo — Charges for GPRS deducted without USAGE
I had recharged my account om 29-Nov-2010 and recharge was successful. Next day early morning on 30-Nov-2010 the complete amount was deducted from account. After calling customer care the response was to call up after 24 hrs. After 24 hrs on 1-Dec-2010 when we called up the response was we do not have updates about deductions and you can check balance in you account the amount it would have been credited back (approx 44 rupees). After checking balance when i called back the response was the amount has been deducted for GPRS usage.I cannot use GPRS on my headset because it does not have that facility and i have not used it. But still they claim i have used GPRS. Then I launched a complaint no. GBL[protected]. which was to be give technical details in 48 hrs. But this complaint was closed with after 3 days with updated that GRPS was used on 30-Nov-2010.Was it after the deduction from account?Also the customer care executive was not able to transfer the call to higher level office because of TECHNICAL ISSUES.
The customer care was not even able to open the same request with this response. So they launched a new complaint. Request no. GBL[protected]. Also they stopped the facility of calling customer care from my no.
This incident was the 2nd incident. Prior to this once a monthly package for some type of callertune was activated without our knowledge and the amount as deducted.
Requesting you to kindly take necessary action since this is a frequently growing incident. And not sure how many users face such issues daily. Who might not be able to reach customer care for 10 other reasons.

after the 72 hrs not credited in my account,,then i called them and asked they told it ill credit with in a week and they forward a cmplaint,then today i called them n asked for that they told as(you haven't recharged on that particular day) as like that they told,i am having the msg from them for that recharge on the day of that recharge,,they not responding for my complaint,,

i am having no network problem with tata docomo since 5 day cause of this i have lost many opp to attend the intervies and have lost the job who is responsible for this any action will be taken on this no. people say that tata docomo is a [censored] all connection, and i do realise it now. people who ever read this please do not go for this connection hi, im using tata docomo prepaid card at the date of 07/12/2010 in morning around 7;00 my balance of RS 101 has been dedected without making any call later i called for the costumer care for issuing a complaint they dident responded to me & deactivated the costumer care facility to my mobile by taking irresponsibilly

siri was using 48 rs gprs plan on tata docomo they interrupted service since yesterday,contacting customer has three time made useless respond.now they are not responding to any of my contacts.

respected sir/madam,my name is BHAVARTH BHATT & mob. no. is [protected]. My complaion number is GBL[protected]AS on 8dec. Evening)8dec2010 around 8:50 a.m. i used internet and charged o[censored]sage around rs.1.thats o.k. i used it and have to pay for it. BUT around 10 a.m. i received another message that you have charged rs. 185(WITHOUT SURFING ANYTHIG ELSE) for internet usage and your account balance is 306 rs.(before deduction of balance rs. 490). i called customer care(121) about this he said our system has not update yet please try again later. around 12 o'clock i again customer care.he said that you were charge for surfing the internet at 8:52 a.m. and that was around rs.1. i agree about that. but i asked them about WRONG DEDUCTION OF RS.185. he said our system sosent record about that.
I REQUESTED HIM TO requested him to complain about this BUT HE REFUSED TO DO IT.BECOUSE SYSTEM DOSNT SHOW IT.AS PER THE RULE I HAVE TO COMPLAIN WITHIN 48 HOURS. BUT YOUR COSTOMER CARE PERSON REFUSED TO DO THAT. you can check by SENDING MESSAGE "DATA" to "121". and then i sant that message and see that i was right. i recerived a message that you have not used internet after 8:52(& that charge was rs. 1).
PLEASE think practically that if i want to use more internet, i can recharge it at rs.48 and get 2.g.b. free. THATS COMMON SENSE ONE CAN USE...

On 8nov. evening I complain on tata docomo website. After that I recevied a call from "INDEER" he finally forward my complain and said that your matter will be solved within 3 days.
On 10dec. Afternoon around 3p.m. I recevied a msg that you are properly charged as per your tariff. Without recevied any call from customer care. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO SOLVE THIS MATTER..i think i have to fally cancel my connection in docomo and get refund the amount and buy another companys card which is capable to understand the value of the customer...
Tata DoCoMo — Tata DOCOMO - Unnecessary SMS from 54321
Hi ,I am getting unnecessary SMS from 54321 which seems to be an advertisement. They are charging Rs.10/- every day. I want to stop it immedieately. I have already called the customer care and activated DO NOT DISTURB service but there is no use.
Daily I receive nearly 10-12 messages from 54321and loosing money like anything. Please stop them ASAP.

IN MEERUT ALSO THE SPEED OF TATA DOCOMO GPRS 2G IS VERY POOR AFTER LAUNCHING 3G. IT IS APPROX. 2KBPS. THE COMPANY SHOULD PAY ATTENTION ON IT OTHERWISE THE COMPANY MAY LOOSE SOME CUSTOMER LIKE ME.

Tata DoCoMo — Slow Service issue
Hi,I'm using a Tata Photon no [protected] from last 6-8 months
and facing speed issue from last couple of months
Speed is not even 512 Kbps
I just want to give this [censored]ing device back to tata and want my money back
their service is making me frustrate day by day
eveny night i use internet and always there is a speed of 5kbps and 8 kbps
Can any one there to help?
or any idea so that i can deal with this fraud company
