Balance detected any "Youth Pack " activated without any prior information

My Tata Docomo mobile no is 8446164055. On 20th sep,12 I have received a message that "Youth Pack" of 30 RS. is activated without any prior information. They had not sent any message regarding this Pack and also I did not apply for it.
