BALANCE REDUCTION WITHOUT NAY CAUSE

Sir/Madam
Repeatedly money is being deducted from my main account without any reason.In last two days Rs. 30 has been deducted from my balance subscribing me for their "call me tune" service which i didn't activated. When I called customer care the automatic answering machine is not proving any way to make any conversation with the executives. Please do something to stops this .Losing money like this is just not fun.I want my talktime of Rs30 back .Kindly please look into this matter seriously.
