balence deduction and poor services
I already raised a complaint on this side on 4th of this month for bal deduction on +917405238031 on that complaint I got not satisfied solution.
please help me in this dispute. because docomo started to cheat the customer.
On 6-6-2012 I got call from company on base of earlier complain and I talk with one executive of company.he was telling me that I have no active gprs plan so that my main balance was deducted..but when I was getting the above message, its means I have got the free 600mb gprs.but that person deny that message and cut the call. I really disappointed with this service.
They have no value for customer and his money. When they have fault in them server, then they must be apologetic and humble to customer but instead of that they blame on me that I used gprs without any plan activation so that they charged to me. although I told him that I got company message as : "stv recharge successful.mrp: rs.246, 15000 local & national sec, 100 local& national sms, validity:30 days, 600 mb data."
