The Best Worst Award Of 2012 goes to TATA DOCOMO Prepaid Telecom Service due to following reasons: 1.Network Problem 2.Internet Browsing & Downloading Problem 3.Balance Deducation Problem 4.Automatic Service Activation 5.Poor Response from Customer Care etc. I think that the Govt. should be cancelled their licence within two months if they dont progress their service.
