[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo / Blackberry — Deactivation of internet without my request for the same. | |||
I had been using Blackberry internet plan of 299 since last few months with service provider being Tata Docomo.On 18th August 2011,i upgraded my plan to rs.399 from rs.299 for which my balance got deducted by rs.399 but the plan didnt get activated.Speaking at Blackeery technical support,i was told it would get activated within 24 hours.But the same didnt happen even after speaking to them regularly for 7 days ( every time they gave the same excuses).On 26th August they deactivated my plan without being asked to do so and now they are saying there is no plan currently active on my number,eventhough TATA DOCOMO is still holding the view that rs.399 plan is active on my number with a validity till 17th september,2011 and has confirmed me the same. All calls at technical support are reaping me no benefits and they are behaving like helpless and with no internet plan on my phone even after paying rs.399 for it is leading me to frustration with no positive result. BLACKBERRY technical department has behaved in a very irresponsible manner in all my conversations with them on this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
