[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Miserable service

Your service is absolutely HOPELESS. You can forget retaining my connection, I have called your customer care centre a zillion times. And now when iam home, suddenly full signal goes to zero signal.Well, even if there is apt signal it is of a VERY POOR quality. Do you maintain Quality Standards. Do you check if you are in par with your competitors - Believe me, price is just not everything for us, customers -Its PIECE OF MIND.If this is Docomo then surely Docomo Sucks. Wake up Tata Docomo and try to retain the rest of the customers.I know you would reply to this saying "yes in 24 hrs so and so will get back to you"- God Damn it ! We dont need some one getting back to us, Just SOLVE THE PROBLEMS or Quit from the market.

while i am calling to customer care complaint number 198 and help line 121 the connection is refused. not even making us to hold us online. it is directly cancelling our call by telling us to mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.

i have recharged with 21/- from online for sms pack 3500 for month plan. but it activate the another plan as 1ps per 1sec for std and 1ps per 2sec for local calls. what is the problem with that. i got the information from the number 52222 free call. it has told for 21/- then i had done it. what is my problem there.

plz check the details and send my money back or else make me sms pack active for 21/- plan that is 3500 sms for one month.
will u plz send me internet settings for 3g network...? recharged with 250 3g plan and internet setting gone! no response from customer care... frustating network supports.

Even, I am among the hundreds of people who have various complaints about your service.
My complaint is : various services like Kingfisher calender, Mitti ke rang, Horoscope etc (None of these are useful) are being activated from your side, on my number and charges for those are cut from the balance. And when called to customer care center, your executives do not refund me the amount cut and when asked to let me talk to the lead manager, these executives keep me on hold forever. Then the call gets disconnected and when I try again, "All our customer Care Executives are busy at this moment" this massage is heard.
You first charge unnecessarily and then to get the refund, you make people call customer care and for that also you charge 50 paise. This is really frustrating for me. Are you really getting bankrupt????
If this complaint is not heard and paid attention to, I will change my service provider

i have lost a total amount of rs.60 from my numbr [protected] ...without my knowedge your nw has subscribed for BOLLY news twice in a singe day...Although i unsubscribed from HUWWAP free bolly service which is a Value Added Pack i did not get my amount back .This non sense happened twice in a day.I really hate this network .Instead of stealing money from Customers i pledge Docomo u can Just take alms what more can i say . I have tried to Customer Care more than 15 times and there is no response from them...hate u DOCOMO ...hate ur customer care...

i hate tata docomo. i lost my 410 plus 550 rupees. but my phn balance is still "34"rs i tried hundred times.. via internet. mobile to mobile, top up coupens.. i hate tata docomo.. its no much imp for me to chk my emails.. but m helpless.. m using a samart phn wid a dumb sim!! when i call on 121 they say talk to our seniors but seniors are always busy on "some other call" 45 mins i was waiting den i lost my cool.. and i now i cnt do anything.. And now i really think "TATA DOCOMO" is nothghhing but a piece of [censored]!!!
my problem is widout any msg my 19 rs balance is cut and this is not for the first tym before it was 12 rs i want all my balance refund

i have reached the tolerance level, i don't have peace of mind .. Docomo people have looted my money like anything .

i have been repenting for being their customer for around 5 years and they do no know to retain their customers .

every time i use internet, simply the money gets deducted from my balance to nil though i have not downloaded anything and i wouldn't have balance to call the customer care people .

also many times when i called, these people would not refund my money giving all reasons.
they told me like we can make a call only once in a day.

DO YOU THINK WE SIT JOBLESS TO KEEP THEM CALLING EVERYDAY .

Many a times they would cut my call even .

I have decided to port my number to other network, not just mine but there are 4 more people in my family using docomo and i would get all their numbers ported right away .

My suggestion to all the customer is please do not stay with DOCOMO for a long time like me and suffer, i ignored most of the times and that was the mistake i did, but please never do that as they have looted my money in thousands.

NEVER OPT DOCOMO .. U WILL SUFFER
Dear Tata Docomo,

I am not sure if you have a trained team to handle customer complaints, if you do then the person handling the customer care division is doing a miserable job.

There were a few deductions on my account for "subscription" to value added service, these services were subscribed/activated while I was asleep. So just wanted to know if there is a person on my behalf working for Tata Docomo who is subscribing and activating services on my behalf. This has happened on several instances in the past and it continues to happen without my approvals.

Also, trying to call your customer client number, looks like your customer care is so busy that the lines to all agents are busy. It suddenly became busy after I asked the call to be connected to the concerned manager. In the last half hour, i must have tried calling the customer care about 20 times, maybe my number has been blocked so that the calls dont reach the executive.

I applied for change of connection postpaid to prepaid on dated 26.04.2013 from TATA DOCOMO Branch, SEC-11 Panchkula. The I, D. Proof submitted with the application on dated 30.04.2013 my phone is not working i called 59059 they told that the id is not correct with the record i visited again the office of TATA DOCOMO and clear the id and again submitted the proof but no response received. Please solve my problem or stop my connection so that i can change it with any other company with good services.

i had paid up all my bills till[protected] . my connention no.[protected]. i had setteled my all b ills with mr. pradeep yadav and am having the application submitted by me to your office. but now also i am getting your calls from co. staff that my bills are due . my connection was cut off and all remaining bill was paid by me to mr. pradeep yadav through cheque no. 000005 of Rs.3000 in full settlement of my account. i requst you to please settle all this matter as soon as possible. m sending you the photocopy of paid bill and application submitted by me to your co.

I have activated rupee one internet pack on 11th may 2014. And you have deducted around 4 rupees. This issues is going on in my mobile for many days. Please find a solution and refund the amount. my tata docomo no. is [protected]. I have opted for Rs. 50 300MB 3G data plan. At the time of purchasing the plan I was told that this plan is applicable for home as well as in roaming but now that I have used this in roaming I have been charged Rs1073/- as internet usage charges in roaming although the total usage is less than the free 300MB provided. Further note that your network is hopeless with severe connectivity issues everywhere across INDIA. Please improve your service else you will loose all your clients. Please let me know urgently whether this charge of Rs. 1073/- will be reversed or should I proceed with my decision to complain to TRAI. reply immediately.

I am resident of Kharghar, Maharashtra.
Whenever I am at home, my Mobile shows FULL NETWORK.
But Nobody can reach me or call me.
After a while I get foll message from TATA DOCOMO : " Hi You have 5 missed Calls. To get details of first 3 miss calls, SMS GET to 52255 @ Re 1 ".
That too when I am in my house !!
IF THERE IS NO NETWORK & NOBODY CAN REACH ME, THEN HOW COME I GET THESE [protected]@@DY MESSAGES.

I 'VE CALLED THE CC A MILLION TIMES, BUT THEY ALSO RESPOND LIKEWISE,
"SIR, WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU "

TRULY TATA DOCOMO SUCKS !!!
