[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Miserable service

Your service is absolutely HOPELESS. You can forget retaining my connection, I have called your customer care centre a zillion times. And now when iam home, suddenly full signal goes to zero signal.Well, even if there is apt signal it is of a VERY POOR quality. Do you maintain Quality Standards. Do you check if you are in par with your competitors - Believe me, price is just not everything for us, customers -Its PIECE OF MIND.If this is Docomo then surely Docomo Sucks. Wake up Tata Docomo and try to retain the rest of the customers.I know you would reply to this saying "yes in 24 hrs so and so will get back to you"- God Damn it ! We dont need some one getting back to us, Just SOLVE THE PROBLEMS or Quit from the market.

kaisa service hai bhai, kuch ghazab ka sim liya hai mai ne, mera mobile par teen dino se incoming nahi aa raha hai aur jab mei customer care ko call kiya tab us zandu ne mujse baath kiya tha, kuch bhi arbit funda feil raha tha, saalo, customer care vaalo pehle jaakar achi jaga dhuundlo ki vahapar sahi tarah se kaam kar sake, mujhe tho ab sim change karna hoga... :(

Hi,

This is regarding above mentioned reference number, where in i have done a recharge of 1100 or some thing (not sure about the exact amount) in the month of November.
The recharge is for unlimited outbound calls on tata indicom and tata docom number, last night I faced an issue where in all my balance was deducted for my calls made to tata numbers, which should not be the case as I have already done the recharge for the same. My complaint was taken in to consideration and was told that my balance will be reversed in my account with in next 24 hours. Which is not yet been done.

Whereas, i am still facing the same issue by balance for out going calls is still getting deducted for any calls made on tata indicom or tata docomo numbers which is not excepted. I have been using this number for more than 4 years now and because of this kind of service I am planing to switch to other provider if my issue is not addressed quickly. So we are not only taking about my number but all my 5 numbers on which we have frequent calls.

i m using tatadocomo from last two years...but recently their customer care service became agony for me...when i need to talk to them their all customer care executive become busy attending other customer...yesterday i dwnloaded daily gprs pack...but balnce was deducting from my main account..then i stopped browsing...but after this also my balance was getting deducted from my acc.almost 90 rs. was deducted my acc. but i was not able to make any complain for this worst and poor customer care service...
Sir, I have done a wrong recharge from my phone through sms banking to this no [protected] instead of [protected]. so please would you reverse the amount.

Today I have called your TATA DOCOMO executive in regard with a complaint based on data usage in my phone, they have deducted Rs 15 from me. Based on my calling the representative replied that she will refund me today itself before 3:45pm but now time is 4:55 .I didn't get my money back.I am requesting to refund my money as soon as possible.

i am suffering a lot from Tata Docomo.
I hate to use this service. Many times am trying to call this customer care but no response. Repeatedly am trying a lot but there is no response. wt u people are doing as being customer service but not at all responsing.i told many times to deactive the process of this HOMSMS. i dnt know wt is that even. but wenever i was recharging they will swallow the money.shame shame really i felt very bad. i adviced many of my friends to buy this tata docomo. but now am saying pls dnt the same.

i am suffering from TATA DOCOMO specila 65 recharge of internet pack.network is shamefully bad.no speed in network from kalyani, west bengal.it totally dead.from customer service advice, i call 121 persiing 3 a times n 2 5 times.but o rssult produced.vodafone n airtel r far more better than this.
netwrk is so woefully slow thaT EVEN GMAIL IS NT OPENED

There was a message from Tatat Docomo that the offer is frree, when message was sent for trying the free offer, immediately Rs.30 has been deducted from the balance, Also the CUstomer service is very poor that it never connects to the Customer EXecutive, almost tried the Whole day, please call me at [protected] (chennai) and clarify me. Shame Docomo Shame on you to have such a bad service, It could be better to Look for other network COnnections rather to have this
AS IAM EXISTING CUSTOMER IN OUR TATA DOCOMO MY NO [protected] . ACTUALLY ALREADY IAM RC53 AT TATA TO TATA 20PAISE /PER MINUTE OFFER. i've called mor dan 100 tims in jst 5hrs 2 spk wit cstmr rprsntativ and evry tim single reply, "all are busy". i[censored] don've enough rprsntativ's den stop selling ur cards nd misleading us telling, DOCOMO IS SIMPLEST.. If its taking such a long tim to recieve a call, den wat the hell is the meaning of the word SIMPLE in ur terms????? really i've made up my mind 4 MNP now... In dis way u can never compete with othr service providers...
hello sir this is kartik from panipat...sir on 10th of may i received a message on my phone from tata docomo that by recharging with RC90 i will get 1GB 3g free for 30 days and extra benefit will be transferred within 48 hours and i recharged my no. with RC90 on that day but i only got 200 mb and still extra benefit is not transferred to my mobile, i also told customer care about this problem but they only say that we cant do anything and they said we have given ur no. to consultancy department and soon ur problem will be solved but it is almost been 7 days i am listening from customer care ...and my problem is still unsolved ...i am really feeling shame on ur service now and the next thing i will only do is that i will port my no. to any other operator ... sir now i am very sad and in anger on ur rough and the bad service... so please try to solve my problem.my phone no. is [protected] panipat haryana

Tata docomo ke kya khena.Network ka koi problem nahi hai, kyunki aapke cell mai kabhi network nahi rahegi fir chahe aap tata ke tower par he kyun na baithe ho.Aap ko koi problem ho hi nahi sakti hai, kyunki tata ke customer care mai itne educated log jo baithe hai aapki help karne ke liye.waise main tata ke behtarin tower ke baare mai pehle he bata chuka hu, iska matlab hai aap ko call karne mai bhi koi paresani nahi hogi, kyunki tata docomo aapke account mai balance rehne he nahi dega wo koi service khud se activate karwa ke paisa kaat leti hai to dosto aap he bataiye tata docomo kitna care karti hai aapka.Aapne ranbir kapoor ka aad to dekha hi hoga, usme sayad ranbir kapoor batana chata hai ki, jaise wo apne hotel ke customer ko service deta hai, bilkul waisa service aapko tata docomo he de sakta hai.

my no. is [protected], everyday rs.4 deducting from my balance due to rhymskool named value added service.i m trying to deactivate this service by 155223 and *191# from last 6 days;;;;i didnt get any conformation message and i called customercare for the past 6 days but it was busy all ways..
they said they deactivated the service but i still get deducting from my acount...please stop this vas service.no response for customer care if i contact always busy only told
