Dear Sir,
I buy a TATA DoCoMo Pre-paid sim card in Hoody, at Bangalore. At that time itself i submitted all my proofs (Xerox of My Passport and My Photograph) what ever they want. But that sim card was not activated 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks i reachout so many times retailor shop where i buy sim card, every time he told that "Just now i spoken to TATA DoCoMo customer care service people. It will activate by tomorrow, like that 2 weeks time gone." After 2 weeks the retailor told me that "There is problem in your TATA DoCoMo sim card. You can go Marathahalli shop (opposite to Inox Theatre), they will exchange your TATA DoCoMo sim card with free of cost". I accept that and i went to Marathahalli shop. But that shop people told "Where ever you buy TATA DoCoMo sim card, you can exchange with that retailor itself". Once again i came back to the retailor where i buy TATA DoCoMo sim card, He told that "Now TATA DoCoMo sim card cost is increased to Rs.300, when you buy at that time it was only Rs.200. Now you can pay Rs.300 and get new sim".
I don't know what should i do at that time. For that i concern TATA DoCoMo Customer Care People they took very long time to solve my issue, But finally they told that "You can pay Rs.75 and get a new TATA DoCoMo duplicate sim card in our retail shop". I didn't satisfy with his reply to my mail.

I buy TATA DoCoMo sim card at the cost of Rs.200 instead of Rs. 100. I didn't use this TATA DoCoMo sim card service even for single second. Then how i can pay again more money for duplicate TATA DoCoMo sim card. Please help me out on this issue.

I totally agree..even I took Tata docomo sim..almost 15days back..and it not started yet!!
Its pain to buy that sim!!!

I am Tanmaya Nanda.I purchased tatadocomo sim on 21th july, 2009.I submitted all my documents like copy of voter identity card, a passport size photograph, a copy of driving license in the branch office of district Bhadrak, Orissa.I used the sim about one and half month successfully.But it is really unfortunate that I found my SIM resistration was failed on 11th September.There was a balance of Rs.50.00 in my SIM also.I am really shocked by getting this type of service from your company.

sir, i have purshased four docomo sim along with my friends, not even one of those numbers were activated till now.
i am sure that i have submitted all the documents required.
My friends are shouting at me. none of our number is activated, my number is 8015338991.

This is Ankit jain i have purchased your Tata docomo connection on 1st october 2009 From Mobile Stores Madhapur Hyderabad,

After that i got a message on mobile to contact the Dealer for address proof correction because the address on CAF form was little bit different from Provided address proof. and then i went to Mobile stores emmediately to make the correction on CAF form, and again after that i got the call from dealer to submit the current Electricity bill as address Proof, despite of that my outgoing calls are barred till now it is not acctivatted, the incoming is going on but what about outgoing calls.

Please take the emmediately action in favour of mine. you are the one i think who can help me better, i have contacted on customer service number also but they are again saying to submit the documents. how many times will i submit, The dealer is saying he has sent my documents twice to the CAF collector, Whats nonsense is this! could you please verify it. if all things are fine then please start the outgoing calls on my mobile.

using sim cards - buy sim cards

Sir, now a days many network services gives sim cards is very cheaper rate, and they give more talk value (sim card 10 rupees, talk value 52 rupees), So college guys and most public peoples are misuse this scheme , weekly once college boys r change the sim cards while the talk value goes to nil and they throw away that sim cards. I affraid about that throwed sim card goes to any terriorist or any wrong person, pls. note this matter siverely
 

Cannot describe - Micromax Q3

Hi i m sudesh, i purchased my mobile on 05th November 2009, and i not getting a PC SUITE SOFTWARE..
The CD which is provided with the product is a scrap. There is no games no themes, the handset which is provided is of no use. i do not understand if PC SUITE is not installed then what i will do with the data cable.
I know that the phone has a good look but it's not the smart phone.it's cheap but it is as same as the others ordinary phone.
Tell me one thing why Nimbuzz , Opera mini, wyfy is given in the phone. Bloody hell none of them are working properly. this phone does not have a digital sound it is played as it is played in autos. video players no words

Tell me one good quality about the phone beside good looks. Pls tell me how to load games themes and application in micromax q3 phone. it would be great help

I missd my no. - 9029532544.I go myself to gallery & block the no, But last 10 days, I go & return from ur gallery due to not available Duplicate sim.I also contact with 5 times to Costomer Care.
Now, What I do???????

Tell me one good quality about the phone beside good looks. Pls tell me how to use internet e-mail application in micromax q3 phone.

I have got the docomo gsm connection 4 months before.Un fortunately i lost my mobile, so that i called the customer care to block the sim for timebeing.so that they had blocked the sim.As per cc information i were submited the amount Rs.75and the id proof then i got the dupilicate sim from jayanagar office in bangalore.that time they told me it will be activated with in 24 hours.so i was waited.but the outgoing calls are not activated.again i called up the same jayanagar office they could told i have to subbmit the id proof once again to any one of the retailer shop.i were called morethan 10-15 times to docomo help care, they are told u have to submit the documents in docomo store or any one of the retailer shop.So that once again i gave the id proof to Indranagar dive-in store.I registered the form and gave my photograph with election id proof also, my local company id gave it to that office, but they told no need for this, election id is enough.so that i confirmed yesterday(26/11/2009) at Indranagar dive-in store, they told me it will be activated for next 24 hrs.Then also outgoing calls are not activated.again called that customer care people, they are telling u have to subbmit the local govt authorisation id proof otherwise we can't able to activate ur outgoing calls.

1.Call center people are not sharing the proper details to me

2.Sim replacement center people giving the wrong updation

3.docomo dive-in store in indranagar people didn't told what r the doc's has to be submit.just they had collct the photograph with tamilnadu election id proof.

My self syied anwer from bangalore, i have purchased a new tata docomo SIM on the 3rd day of release in karnataka, starting tata docomo launches new-new offeres, i agree with that offers, later on docomo service is goes to worst, day by day docomo user's facing new issuess, if i called up to customer care, they smartly escape, they blaming on us, i mean i am facing lot of issues with tata docomo, i am not abel rto send an SMS, i am not abel to browse NET, but in the same handset if i use any other network connections SIM card's, i can abel to get all services, i am not satisfied with tata docomo's service, in bangalore tata docomo customer care people no one is giving proper service to customers, they are frankly telling we can go to consumer court, or which ever indian rules in court, but they are arguing with customers, i just want to say 1 thing, who ever is that karnataka's state head, he is not fullfilling his job.

outgoing blocked because documents not submitted by retailer - Tata Docomo

I had a new tata docomo connection from a retailer. i had submitted the documents. but after a few days my outgoin was stopped becaues the retailer had not submitted the documents. i went to him but he said he had submitted. i am new to bangalore and cannot make any calls.

i have a tatadocomo sim 1st i gave my idcard as a proof but they didn't accept and then i given my rationcard with my father's photo also given my father passportsize photoas a proof 1st they accepted but now again the outgoing calls are not going i didn't know why, customer care told me that you go and submit the proof again.i am not able to go each and every time to do this.
