Tata Docomo - TATA DoCoMo GSM Pre-paid sim card

Dear Sir,
I buy a TATA DoCoMo Pre-paid sim card in Hoody, at Bangalore. At that time itself i submitted all my proofs (Xerox of My Passport and My Photograph) what ever they want. But that sim card was not activated 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks i reachout so many times retailor shop where i buy sim card, every time he told that "Just now i spoken to TATA DoCoMo customer care service people. It will activate by tomorrow, like that 2 weeks time gone." After 2 weeks the retailor told me that "There is problem in your TATA DoCoMo sim card. You can go Marathahalli shop (opposite to Inox Theatre), they will exchange your TATA DoCoMo sim card with free of cost". I accept that and i went to Marathahalli shop. But that shop people told "Where ever you buy TATA DoCoMo sim card, you can exchange with that retailor itself". Once again i came back to the retailor where i buy TATA DoCoMo sim card, He told that "Now TATA DoCoMo sim card cost is increased to Rs.300, when you buy at that time it was only Rs.200. Now you can pay Rs.300 and get new sim".
I don't know what should i do at that time. For that i concern TATA DoCoMo Customer Care People they took very long time to solve my issue, But finally they told that "You can pay Rs.75 and get a new TATA DoCoMo duplicate sim card in our retail shop". I didn't satisfy with his reply to my mail.

I buy TATA DoCoMo sim card at the cost of Rs.200 instead of Rs. 100. I didn't use this TATA DoCoMo sim card service even for single second. Then how i can pay again more money for duplicate TATA DoCoMo sim card. Please help me out on this issue.

i have make portebality from TATA INDICOM to TATA DOCOMO bcuz i like it's servise but sence last month i m not satisfied with the servise bcuz company costs me lots of charge which i dont deserve
Sence last month company charge me 500rs for downloading the value packs which i have not downloaded and when i talk to customar care they r not giving satisfied answers so plz help me or i should change my compay and go with IDEA or any other servise. My mobile no is 9227434052

docomo services are very bad. activating services to the customers without any intimation and charged money. and also not connecting the customer care form mobile for any complaints. wat can the customer do. its better to keep docomo for incoming and use another network for outgoing. even i suffered this type of problem atleast 9 times. this is not fare. please rectify this type of mistakes.

i bought a tata docomo sim in secunderabad from a nearest dealer and submittted all the proof while buying...it was activated and i topped up the same with a booster pack also...then in next two days i went to bangalore..there also it was working for only two days...then i got a call from customer care saying am not the owner of the card and the card is in thename of somebody else a male...then she said i hv to resubmit docs again to get it activated...after returning to hyd ..i went to the shop and submitted proof again..he said another two days time it wl work...i went again ..he said we have to resubmit docs pls give me proof again..i gave...till date it is not working...no outgoing...incoming only from network junk messages...i topped up for another rs.10/- which gave me rs.6/= talk time to check if it is working...i wasted my money..shop keeper says throw this and buy a new sim...what the heck?

tatadocomo they dont take care of their custm i got nice lestn form ur side...use any othr netwrk but dnt use tatadocomo..9029936459

This is to inform you that once again a sum of Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance in 9th October 2011 without our knowledge and consent from my phone connection no.7405372090

Earlier also the same thing had happened and the matter was resolved by you. We are enclosing here with the copy’s of the earlier matter for your pursuer.

Today also they have deducted Rs.30

We fail to understand that inspite of our repeated complaints and informing you not to provide any extra service than also you are cutting the amount from our balance. Therefore this is last warning for the last time and hence forth we shall file sute case against you in the consumer court .If the full balance along with penalty balance is not given by today night we shall aproach the court and mind you we will not leave any stone uncovered to damage your reputation.

Therefore kindly revert our balance which you have deducted from our balance.

Hi, My Name is Dipesh and i went so many time to Tata Docomo Gallery at Dadar [Near Plaza Cinema] for Mobile Portability But Everytime Gallery Person says they Don't hv prepaid Sim Card. Do the Portability from Local Retailer. If they are authorised to do the same then why they are sending us to Retailer. I hve Airtel Prepaid Sim Card which I hv to convert to Docomo Prepaid Card.

Dear sir,
I have a tata docomo prepaid SIM . In that incoming is recieving but i wont be able to make outgoing calls. every time when i do outgoing it says "check operator services".

hello sir my name is pankaj ishwarbhai chauhan ihas purches a new tata docomo sim card one week ago and its no is 7405113783 but my sim was not activate so i can complain in customer care but no responce ther pleas active my sim because i have an no other sim
