[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — WORST SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER CARE CENTER & COMPANY

Dear sir/madam

Iam consumer of tata docomo from the 17th july 2009 iam using [protected] num.but iam not satisfy with this service.how may times iam complint to customer care they ignore it.i facing service problem from the when iam vought this sim.nodal officers also not take any action on this issue.

my mobile no totally they are not call the land lines i told many more times in costmer care they cannot respones pls provid full call specilities to our mobile no are [protected], [protected], [protected] this is is a.p.
I am ullas I m using this tata docome no [protected] many times I have given complaints about reducing 30 Re unnecessirly but they are not responsing properly each time I call them they give different information, sometimes they cut my calls by putting hold last times I given a complaint till now I m not received any response, but one docome customer service peoples gives false information

i have switched over from idea to docomo about six weeks ago which i deeply regret now .
i get neither incoming nor can i have outgoing calls since 2 days, but calls are being charged icomplaint has'nt yeilded any results.i'll go to the consumer protection if action is not taken within 24 hrs. my number--[protected].

The Tata Docomo billing center in Vijayanagar is a pathetic service provider, PLEASE KEEP ALL YOUR BILLS UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR NEXT BILL AS THEY WILL NEVER PAY YOUR BILL AND KEEP THE MONEY FOR THEMSELVES WHICH THEY HAVE DONE MANY TIMES... I HAD THE EXPERIENCE...

i am the customer of Airtel since 2001. i have faced the few of issues during the period. I got the better responce for my every issues. due to my maximum usage i have selected the Tata DOCOMO 899 plane. this is my first month completion and first bill.
i have paid before the due date.
my out going is bared due to crossed credit limit.
but still thay are ask me to pay the current outstanding Rs 2000 plue.
My question is why ur asking the actual cost in the 899 plane.
For the case wt dos it mean of 899 plane.

I called customer care they are telling simply "Dont Know Pay the full payment enjoy the survies". noe i feel why i join the TATA Docomo...

I purhchased one postpaid number from Mcity, Infosys campus and the same number has been given to other customer. So at that there was problem with network and when i check with customer care they said the same number had been issued to other customer too so they could not resolve the problem.

Now you are send mail to me to pay that bill, actually i am going to file a case with all the details that i have.

Hi sir,
before 3 month i bought tata docomo postpaid sim & they got 800 rs for security deposit. after 1 month it will be deactivated they told reason for address mismamatch. then i will contact mahesh( mahesh.[protected]@tatatel.co.in) .they asked my address proof.then i sent my address proof to mahesh. but he didn't response correct manner. kindly do the need ful.

i am not satisfied about this services.

This is Raja Sheeba MS from Bangalore. On 2nd October 2013, I called the CustomerCare and enquired them about the FullTalkTime offer and the person who picked the call, promised me that there is an FullTalkTime offer for RC 90. I did the recharge on the same day night, but it got recharged for some internet package.
Again, I called the CustomerCare and explained everything to them and they promised me since Supervisor is busy at the moment, call by tomorrow morning(i.e 3rd October 2013) and we will give you the benefit. From yesterday morning, I kept on calling the Customer Care but it was not getting connected to the Customer Care.
Even, I called from other networks to [protected] but after listening to my issue, they are not giving the connection to the concerned person. Really got fed up with the service. You have to answer me for the pain I had gone through last 2 days.
If you really value your customer then please do the beneficiary action on what to be done. Waiting for the reply.

I am very much distressed because of the Docomo's poor customer service and hoping you could pop into this issue and give me peace. Kindly please go through the below trail. I have been very much abused not just by a customer service agent (Anthony) but also by his friends.

1. As per the Data act, my mobile number shouln't be shared with any outsiders. But seems like the customer service agent (Anthony) who attended my call this morning at 12:00AM(21 Oct) has given my number to his friends to use foul languages on me.
2. He has also deactivated the GPRS at 12:26AM this morning, though no request been made from my side.

I have been severely disturbed on what's been going on with my account and the Docomo's customer service. A complaint (PSR[protected]) has been registered already but nobody is interested to understand the urgency of the issue. I just didn't want my contact to be visible here. And guys from docomo, please do refer to my complaint reference number

I did online recharge of rs 500 Where it was saying full talk time. After recharge through tata docomo website by selection option of full talktime, your customer care saying that i did recharge for other scheme. i have sent them screen shot also where it is showing full talktime. i did recharge under number [protected]. If you have 2 different scheme with same amount and system having confusing for that, it is not my fault. i want my money back or recharge which i did.

Really this is irresponsible and dis satisfied service.

While taking connetion you will run behind the people. when prob comes your people not responding at all, this is the worst service you are providig. I called almost

10 times to customer care but still my problem persist. If you can not solve the issue, Pleas take back my dongle. Please see the below mail which is sent by me to

Last week saturday i took Tata Photon Wifi device and yesterday it got activated. 7 days they took for activation. I need internet very badly as my reliance
data card is become slow. Yesterday Photon got activated and i am not able to connect to the internet. I dont know the reason behind it but Reliance data card is
conneting to my laptop. Yesterday i called almost 5 times to cust care ... Please find out the issues below and resolve asap.

1) When i called customer care in the morning, she told me that she had created my id in http://www.tatadocomo.com/ and pwd is sent to my personal id
but i did not get any mail from her.

2) Since it is not connecting, I went to tata docomo center which in BTM layout bangalore, They asked me to go directly to koramangala which is too far for me.

3) Then i called to customer care for technical help, she told me that techinical team will call me with in 4 hrs and resolve the issue. But i did not get any call

till now and its almost 18 hrs over and she asked me to register in http://www.tatadocomo.com/.

4) When i try to register as a new user in this website it is saying already registered and if i click forgot password button, i am getting below message.
"Sorry! We were unable to process your request. Please try again and if issue still persists, contact Customer Care for further assistance."

5) Then again i called to customer care, but i did not get any response from them. When i spoke with chat they are not supporting photon max and gave me your mail id.

I dont understand one thing, If the dongle is not working for me what is the point of taking new connection by spending 2000/- and it is not using for me now.
I called so many times to the customer care but no one is taking respoonsiblity to solve the issues. what is the point of calling customer support.
It is very very pathetic the support you TATA docomo is proving. If you can not able to solve the issues, I will retun my dongle to TATA docomo center.

Please arrange a techinical consultant to solve my issues ASAP

Stop using this number and take another number by another and good service provider. Tata docomo will run behind you only when they want money. They will follow up only when you don't pay your bill.
I am a Customer of Docomo from Dec 12 and the service was pathetic and when i requested for Cancellation they never cancelled the service instead they have been charging me at last i was successful in cancelling the service finally they are charging me 3 months Extra bills and extra Dongle charge which was refundable as penalty.Even after contacting the highest level of escalaiton getting the same response.I d never recommend Docomo to anyone.

Sir i am using six numbers in tata docoma, due to coverage problem i have cancelled three nos, i have done proper cancellation for the three nos issued cheque on 15.12.2015 by Mr D.karthick without a single rupee pending as informed by ur representative i have paid without due for the nos please find attachments for accepting for cancellation by ur staff issued cheque no 295123

Daily we are getting call from tata docoma that no cancellation has been done so pay the amount argument was going on and creating some nuisance and wasting our time

Worst customer care ..They will ask for press 9 for customer care connection but after selecting 9 they are telling your input is not matching.
