[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Sim Activation

I bought a new docomo sim with phone no[protected]. When switched on the phone an error messeage was displayed saying sim registration failed. Retailer told me sim will be activated in 30mins. Its now almost 4hours still saying no service. pls help me

I am a student from Hyderabad and am doing my ME. For my project, I have come to Aurangabad,Maharastra. For getting a tata docomo sim,I and my friends faced a lot of problem even though we had passport and voter id.....they wanted a maharastra proof..how are we suposed to have them when we are outstation students...after a week od headache,they accepted our room owners documents....but when my friends applied for vodafone and idea,they didnt hav any problem.....
what use is a passport if i cant even get a sim on it?????

Respected Sir,
I am purchasing the three sims ([protected],[protected],[protected]). They are not activated . So i consulting the tata docomo office then they trying to activate the sim then the reply is "Sim registration is Failed". Then after put a mail to the docomo main office then i got a reply "your problem is solved with in 24 hours from the docomo auto mail". Still the three sims are not activated. So please kindly to interfere with them activation those sims sir.

sir i am purchasing the three sims they are not activated still now. I am asking to customer care they tell to us you can consult the docomo office then i consult but the problem is not solving.the sim registration is failed is result.so please kindly to activate the sims with your action sir.the no's are [protected],[protected],[protected].

Since I was abroad I could not use my Sim with No[protected] and after reaching back in India I tried reactivating my sim by calling 121 but the customer care did not attend to my calls and I called many a times but I was getting the same answer"the customer care supporting staff are busy, either stay on line or call later" Whenever I call I get this message only. How to activate my sim and reuse it?

im using for bsnl number in past 20years but last 3 months back im chang my network for tatadocomo but his cut my num ber for after one month bcoz of non payment but im paying tha all bills after 2to3 days but still his not reactivate my number so i totaly apsed and im also lapse for many business
i bought a tata docomo sim with mdn-[protected] on 14th July from an outlet between Madurai idly shop for RS 80 which had an MRP of Rs 20 and they gave me the excuse of activation charge.Now its 10 days passed and am my sim is still deactivated, The customer care service was unable give me a proper answer to my problem
