Tata Docomo — receiving messages from tata numbers

I have been receiving disturbing messages from the number [protected]. The person generally doesnt pick my calls, but just sends msgs. Please help me . Once he picked up my call and talked like this " welcome to ICICI Bank, press one and two .you have not pressed so i am disconnecting.
So intention is just to disturb.

Warn him please, i have saved all messages to provide proof.

it's cheap, but service is very poor.many times shows number busy or unavailable by its own...

some is using wrongly my tata docomo account. I want to delete this account from internet plzz help me and inform me through email on my id as soon as possible its a request plz...

One of my relative received lot of missed calls and some valker sms from this numb[protected]. if we try to call back the number they didnt speak and diconnectthe line. pls provide full details of this number user. It will help us my furthe steps.

I have been recieving messages regularly from past 8-9 days by the above given number. Even after requesting him not to message, he continues to do the same.
