[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — NON RECEIPT OF BILLING & PAYMENT DETAILS

i have got a TATA PHOTON DEVICE with a/c no.[protected] on the name of M/S HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED.I have not received my billing details till date.I want to know month wise how much i have paid? And through which mode(cash/online payment).So far i have visited more than 10 TATA STORES IN Delhi ,but they all washed their hands by simply saying they cannot do or they their system is down.
WITH SUCH A COMPANY LIKE TATA ITS REALLY SHAMEFUL AND EXTREAMLY FRUSTRATING THAT SO MUCH ADVERTISEMENT IS BEING MADE AND SO MUCH IS PUT IN AIR.BUT WITH THIS SORT OF RESPONSE FROM TATA CUSTOMER CARE IS TOTALLY UNBELIVABLE.

KINDLY PROVIDE ME WITH MY PAYMENT DETAILS,WHAT I HAVE PAID TO TATA .

I would be happy only when my concern is met and i would be awarded with the detail i am looking for.
I was not given desired assistance by TATA stores at Bahadurgarh( Haryana ) area.
