Dear Team,

I am a prepaid customer of TATA DOCOMO, It has been observed that TATA docomo send flash SMS to user mobile, where it appears with service description and only "OK" option, by mistake if u press OK or while unlocking the phone, if "OK" is pressed, it activates your subscription and service provider deducts your account, these services (i.e. "Tutor on Mobile" ) are auto renewed even if you stop the service they will keep on sending this flash SMS where user is likely to get trapped.

I strongly object such practice, its cheating and request service provider to immediately Stop such practice and refund my money, in parallel i am writing this mail to TRAI to seek their action on this case.

By such wrong practice TATA Docomo is damaging TATA brand image, they must stop such practice.
