I was very glad to take the service of DOCOMO and was further thrilled by the most disastrous decision of mine. Its one of the worlds most poorly serviced and customer focused company redefining the name of Telecom Industry taking it back to the stone Ages . Its already 15 days since I have taken the new sim post paid 8885529000 this is what I was said to be my number have paid extra for this number as well. Post paid card number GSM 525211017293060. The number behind the sim is 89910252110172930600. Further more I have send three complaints already with as many complaints iD with the mail below

When would that time come and what are you people trying to do please revert back. ASAP. I just dont want the sim and the service please return my money back.

The person who dealt with me for the sim his number is 7207233409 he is not responding to my calls and even I have money due with them .
