[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Harassment by tata docomo by blocking services on [protected]

Hi! My name is Nitul Gohain. I had a corporate mobile connection from Vodafone. However they refused chance of plan when I requested them to change my plan. I have the email as a proof of that. So finally I decided to port out of Vodafone to Docomo on 19th of Feb. An amount of Rs451 was paid on 19th of Feb,2013 to Vodafone before the bill generation date of 25 of Feb, 2013 to facilitate the porting out. WSS - MCIT[protected] is the transaction-id of the bil paid on 19th of Feb,2013 to Vodafone. I had used the Docomo service for the next 1 month without any issues and the first month bill was also paid with transaction id: MCIT[protected] on 27th of March for an amount of Rs 295. I have the email as a proof of that. Suddenly, on 30th of March Docomo stopped by service saying that I had pending bills at the donors end. Since the bill of month of Feb was paid to Vodafone before the bill generation date, Vodafone did not generate any bills and I was not sent any bills via. email or physical bills by post which usually was the way bills used to be sent to me. Finally on 4th of April, 2013 Vodafone sent me a bill of Rs104.63. The very day I had paid the Vodafone bill at Vodafone Store - BTM Layout (Kar) an amount of Rs105 with Receipt No. : KAR129R130404_11642871. I have a receipt as the proof. The transaction details were shared with Docomo on 4th of April itself. Still Docomo had asked for the scanned copy of the same to restore my services . So I got it scanned and sent it on 5th of April, 2013. They replied me back from their email id: [protected]@tatadocomo.com saying that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours. I have the email chain as a proof for all their false commitments.

Over the next few days from 5th to today 9th of April, I had tried all possible means to reach them via. phone, customer care, docomo store, etc. but everytime they are just delaying things and saying that it will be resolved soon. The arrogant customer care people even disconnected my phone when I enquired them about what had been done to resolve the issue and why it was taking so long. Even my emails asking the same questions on their email id: [protected]@tatadocomo.com were not answerred with the right answers. I have the whole email chain from 30th of March, 2013 to 8th of April,2013 as a proof of the time they had been wasting and harassing me.

Docomo had given me an internal docket number : Docket number:[protected] to restore my services and said that the same will be closed by 8th of April,2013 but they did not do it.

Docomo has my alternate contact number [protected] to reach out to me as well as my email id: [protected]@gmail.com if they intend to. They had themselves blocked both my incoming and outgoing calls on my cell number: [protected].

As a result of this harassment, I am unable to use my primary cell number: [protected]. All my financial instruments are linked to this number and this is the contact number through which I am contacted by people both for official and personal purposes. I am in the grave danger of losing important information as a result of people not able to contact me.

I had already suffered a loss of about Rs20000 as I failed to transfer money online to my parents for a deal on buying lands on time as the one-time-password of my citibank account is linked to it and can be received only on this number. I cannot even login to my account without the one-time-password on this mobile number : [protected].


Note: I have wasted my time and money writing atleast 10-15 emails to docomo, going to their store, calling them up from alternate numbers.
I am really disappointed by the poor service provided by docomo and undue harassment they are causing me.

They had made multiple commitments to restore my mobile services on [protected] but none of them were done on time. My services on [protected] are still blocked and I am facing great difficulty as a result of this. I have the email chain as a proof of this. Looking for a quick resolution through this forum and hope that my services will be restored immmediately.
