INCOMING ROAMING IS FAKE

IN MY MOBILE I FOUND A MSG FROM TATA DOCOMO THET THERE IS A PLAN TO MAKE FREE ROMING INCOMING IN MY MOBILE FOR 60 DAYS FOR RECHARGE OF RS 46.
I DID THE SAME...
BUT AFTER PASSING 2 DAYS THERE IS NO SUCH FACILITY IS AVAILABLE IN MY NUMBER 8235400893.
