[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Incorrect listing of Recharge offer in Website leading to loss of money | |||
Hi, I had recharged online my tata docomo number - [protected] with amount Rs199/- as listed in their website. As per tatadocomo.com, the offer listed was : Local/STD Tariff Voucher 199 0 177.11 12.36 30000 STD/ Local secs. (500 mins.). Validity : 28 Days However, after recharging with the said amount, I got a local talktime offer of 2500 mins valid for 15 days instead of STD as mentioned in their website. Please find screenshot of the same. After repeated calls to the customer care, they inform that the recharge values in their system is different from website offers and they are in no position to revert my loss. Moreover, they ask us to confirm with customer care before recharging with offers online. This amounts to cheating the customer from tatadocomo.com and they should inform the customer appropriately of their offers. Thanking you, Anoop Kumar Mukundan Was this information helpful? | |||

We called you on [protected] and informed that recharge benefits of Rs.199/- . But customer said he has saw on website, hence request the customer to send the screen shot to [protected]@tatadocomo.com
