[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Making Charges for Missed Calls | |||
Sir I am Ramakrishna and using following TATA DOCOMO SIM ([protected]) since long time. Last[protected] i was in trip to some temples in south India while it was totally switched of my mobile. Actually, i shocked when i was switch on my mobile after completion of temple visits. Because there is one SMS received from service provider and which reveals i should pay if i want to know the calls missed during my switch off time. I hope they (service provider) are not suppose to hide calls for me from my concerns and making charges to know where from it is. I strongly believe which means they are interfering my privacy and making money there also. As a customer to DOCOMO in earlier i paid for sim and paying for top up's and rate cutter's with taxes. Then how dare/come it possible they are doing inter business with my privacy also. Please kindly need action for this. Was this information helpful? | |||
